Identify potential business development opportunities, along with design and oversee feasibility studies to assess their viability, to meet the organization’s short and long-term business objectives.
Define the Unique Selling Proposition (USP) for new developments and major renovations, crafting a “winning strategy” to stay ahead of competitors.
