Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for designing competitive, equitable, and strategically aligned compensation structures that drive business results and support talent attraction, motivation, and retention.
  • The Director will manage a compensation budget of $200MM, report to the Senior Director, EP Sales Enablement, and collaborate closely with senior sales leadership, HR, finance, and other key stakeholders.
  • Johnson & Johnson MedTech, Electrophysiology, is seeking a Director, Sales Compensation to lead the development, implementation, and governance of compensation programs for our US sales organization.
