The Regional Director of Therapy Services is responsible for the oversight of multiple facility rehabilitation programs and the mentoring of Directors of Rehabilitation.
This role requires proficiency in reviewing patient charts within Net Health EMR, PCC EMR, and Value Based Care Solutions to ensure compliance with company policies and Medicare guidelines.
The position involves assisting facilities in achieving survey excellence by participating in mock surveys, state licensing surveys, and responding to third-party reviews such as CERTs and ALJ hearings.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in PT, OT, or SLP
Valid license as Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist
RAC-CT Credential required within one year of hire
