This role involves managing staff, maintaining budget compliance, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring ongoing regulatory compliance to support resident well-being and satisfaction.
The position requires conducting nutritional assessments, maintaining accurate resident diet records, and promoting quality food service while maintaining a safe and sanitary kitchen environment.
