Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, etc.
  • or Associate’s degree plus two years’ experience
  • or High school diploma plus four years’ experience
  • minimum of one year experience working with SMI
  • Certified Peer Specialist certification required
  • First Aid and BLS/CPR certifications within 30 days
  • Criminal Records Check
