Job Summary

  • Responsible for force structure, guard force supervision, and security of Corporate office locations, and coordination of domestic security issues, particularly those related to policy, access control, transportation security, and product theft prevention.
  • Continuously assess and address threats to Corporate facilities including terrorist, workplace violence, civil disturbance, vandalism, theft, unauthorized access, and other threats to company personnel, assets, and corporate reputation.
  • The estimated annual pay range for this role is currently $110,000-$155,000. This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits or retirement contributions.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, security management, or related fields AND 15 years progressive experience
  • High School diploma or GED AND 19 years related experience
  • Minimum of 5 years law enforcement, military, or diplomatic operations management experience
  • Proficient in MS Office package
  • Familiar with access control systems, CCTV, guard force management
  • Subject matter expert on physical security and access control
  • Corporate subject matter expert on workplace violence scenarios
