The MHR Internship Program prepares the next generation of HR professionals for success through skill development, networking opportunities, mentorship, and exposure to various HR business departments.
Interns will take ownership over meaningful, high-impact assignments and present these capstone projects to the Human Resource Leadership Team (HRLT) at the end of the internship.
Leadership will identify top talent with the potential for future opportunities like a full-time role in the Human Resources Leadership Development Program (HRLDP), a rotational program for post-graduation.
