Job Summary
Lead access certification campaigns and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements such as SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, or industry-specific standards.
Collaborate with business units and accelerate application onboarding to central IGA platform leveraging automation technologies.
Act as the primary liaison between information security, IT operations, application owners, and business leadership on identity matters.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
7+ years in identity and access management
3+ years in a leadership capacity
Deep expertise with IGA platforms (SailPoint, Saviynt, Oracle Identity Manager, or equivalent)
Strong understanding of RBAC, ABAC, access certification, and SoD
Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks (SOX, ISO 27001, NIST, etc.)
Proven track record of managing complex identity programs
