GE Vernova is seeking a Lean Leader for its Gas Power Controls Business Transformation and Operations team. The ideal candidate will drive Lean transformation initiatives within the Inquire to Order and Services organizations, focusing on continuous improvement and operational efficiency

Job Summary

  • Support the vision to create and maintain a Lean Transformation throughout the Controls ITO and Service organization in accordance with the GEV lean business strategy.
  • Lead, coach and mentor deployment of the full Lean operating system including: VSMs, PSRs, MORs, Standard Work, Daily Management and Kaizen events driving process efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with 5 years of Lean experience
  • High school diploma/GED with 10 years of Lean experience
  • 5 years of Commercial Operations, Sales, Project Execution, or Services experience
