  • This role is responsible for planning, management, and execution of all Professional Services business development activities within the designated area.
  • The successful candidate will work alongside Account Executives to drive subscription sales by helping prospects create detailed plans for resources, timelines, and costs.
  • Candidates must be bilingual in English and French to support clients in Quebec, Canada, and the United States while maintaining Workday's core values of integrity and customer service.

Salary

Base: $127,400 - $191,200 CAD; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus plus annual refresh stock grants; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including flexible work arrangements

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 2+ years leading Financial or HCM software implementation projects
  • 6+ years experience in Professional Services Sales
  • Bilingual English/French verbal and written communication

Nice-to-have

  • Workday Implementation experience highly preferred
  • Proven track record in managing sophisticated services sales cycles
  • Solid understanding of cloud architecture benefits
  • Stellar consulting delivery and sales track record
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time

Key Requirements
