Job Summary
The primary responsibility of this position is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty to ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
You will assist the Director of Nursing Services in directing nursing functions, participate in policy development, ensure compliance with procedures, and coordinate nursing services with other resident services.
This role involves participating in staff development, safety and sanitation programs, equipment and supply management, care plan assessments, and maintaining communication with residents, families, and healthcare personnel.

Key Requirements
Nursing Degree from accredited college or university
Minimum 2 years experience in long-term care
Current active RN license in state
