Job Summary
Responsible for executing scheduling for Legends, preparing departmental correspondence, and providing detailed reports to facilitate proper allocation of staffing, time, and resources during events.
Aligns with the Staffing Manager to schedule appropriate staff, assists in recruiting and hiring, and communicates all function information to employees, including report time, uniform requirements, and responsibilities.
Ensures employees have fulfilled required trainings and comply with federal and state laws, assigns concession staff to appropriate locations on event day, and performs data entry for reports.
