The Long Beach Convention & Entertainment Center is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator for Angel Stadium to manage event staffing, communications, and compliance. Job Summary

  • Responsible for executing scheduling for Legends, preparing departmental correspondence, and providing detailed reports to facilitate proper allocation of staffing, time, and resources during events.
  • Aligns with the Staffing Manager to schedule appropriate staff, assists in recruiting and hiring, and communicates all function information to employees, including report time, uniform requirements, and responsibilities.
  • Ensures employees have fulfilled required trainings and comply with federal and state laws, assigns concession staff to appropriate locations on event day, and performs data entry for reports.

Key Requirements
