Key Requirements

  • MH/SU license (including associate-level)
  • RN AND four years of experience
  • master’s degree in human service field AND one year of experience
  • bachelor’s degree in human service field AND two years of experience
  • bachelor’s degree in non-human service field AND four years of experience
  • care coordination, care management, or case management experience
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Clinical license preferred
