  • Attractive Remuneration: The expected competitive compensation range for this position is $70,000- $104,000 CAD, which includes base pay and target amount of short term incentive plan.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Organizational Development or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience

  • Strong knowledge of HR data, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
