• This role plays a critical role in shaping the organizational foundation for PowerCo’s operations while bringing a strong focus on people data and analytics in St Thomas.
• The Specialist will be responsible for implementing, and coordinating strategies to strengthen organizational efficiency, workforce readiness, and long-term scalability to support PowerCo’s rapid growth and evolving business needs.
• Attractive Remuneration: The expected competitive compensation range for this position is $70,000- $104,000 CAD, which includes base pay and target amount of short term incentive plan.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Organizational Development or equivalent
• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI)
• Strong knowledge of HR data, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma)
