The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for reporting all changes in resident conditions, accidents, and suspected abuse immediately.
The role involves assisting residents with personal care, mobility, feeding, and hygiene while ensuring a calm and safe environment throughout the shift.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and record vital signs TPRs
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Maintain strict patient confidentiality HIPAA
Lift and move up to 25 pounds
Follow infection control and safety policies

Create warm and positive atmosphere
Participate in shift meetings for improvement
Assist with restorative procedures
Cooperate with inter-departmental personnel
Experience with electronic health records
Key Requirements
Must possess 10th grade education minimum
