The selected candidate will be expected to be on-site, daily.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
Minimum ten (10) years of commercial construction experience
Foreman or Superintendent leadership role experience
Successful completion of classes or other training in Construction Management, Project Management, Safety, or Communication
Advanced understanding of construction scheduling
Ability to analyze job cost reports
Basic computer skills including Microsoft Project
