Job Summary
Monitoring the cement manufacturing process from the centralized operations center and analyzing equipment status, process parameters, and alarms to ensure the plant operates within specified parameters.
Identifying and troubleshooting process and equipment issues in a timely manner and collaborating with plant and HROC teams to resolve problems to minimize downtime and production losses.
This position offers a unique opportunity for a 6-to-8-month training period that includes comprehensive training in the cement manufacturing process/equipment and key responsibilities.
