Job Summary

  • Coordinate and participate in the recruiting and hiring of staff, as well as process employment related documentation and coordinate payroll and employee benefit programs.
  • Organize In Service education programs for staff, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, and maintain records as required by regulations.
  • Supervise staff, including taking or assisting with appropriate disciplinary measures, and provide direct resident/patient care while maintaining confidentiality.

Key Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational/Practical Nurse (LVN or LPN) license

  • Current CPR certification
