Must-have

  • 5-7+ years in Sales Enablement or Solution Engineering
  • Deep understanding of Data & AI landscape including CDPs and LLMs
  • Strong grasp of consumption/usage-based business models
  • Experience designing end-to-end enablement programs from design to impact
  • Ability to translate technical complexity into business value for C-level buyers

Nice-to-have

  • Background in Instructional Design or Curriculum Development
  • Experience leading large-scale global events or bootcamps
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Agentforce, D360, Tableau, Mulesoft, Snowflake, or Databricks
  • Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills using PowerPoint
  • Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce reporting and analytics

Key Requirements

  • 5-7+ years experience in Sales Enablement, Solution Engineering, or Sales Leadership
