Job Summary

• The Employee Care Team provides HR support to all McKesson employees and people leaders, with a mission to help employees with everyday HR needs and coach people leaders.
• The Strategy & Enablement team enables Employee Care through a great self-service HR experience, easy-to-use technology, employee-centric HR content, and equipping HR representatives with the latest information.
• Responsibilities include scoping resources, enabling self-service technologies, coordinating training, identifying efficiency opportunities, and ensuring Employee Care readiness is included in project plans.

• Minimum 7 years' relevant experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
