  • Provides management and direction for all procurement functions, including purchasing, expediting, supplier data control, supplier quality, and traffic, on the Hudson Tunnel project.
  • Develops, negotiates, executes, and manages Subconsultant Master Service agreements (MSAs), Task Orders (TOs), Sub Agreements, and Purchase Orders on the multi-year, multi-billion-dollar program.
