Job Summary

  • This leadership position is responsible for shaping the future of Citi's Corporate-to-Bank Connectivity propositions for clients across the cluster, spanning corporations undergoing digital transformation, digital native e-commerce companies, and emerging players in new-age industries.
  • You will lead and manage the process for evaluating and optimizing digital banking delivery and effectiveness across multiple client segments, including large and mid-size Corporates, New Digital Native clients, Public sector clients, Commercial Banking clients, and Financial Institutions.
  • This is a high-profile and visible role with an excellent opportunity to champion and lead the digital agenda for a high-growth business line, enabling fee revenue growth for the Bank and serving evolving client needs.
