Job Summary

  • The Rework & Repair Technician will be responsible for a variety of composite part repairs per engineering disposition and customer repair specifications as well as providing training and guidance to Rework & Repair Operators.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in lamination, assembly, or equivalent certification
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Rework and Repair Operation
  • Experience with processing tags
  • Must be able to work around dust, chemicals, prepregs or adhesives, sealants, paints and cleaners
  • No suspension-level discipline within the last 12 months
  • Proven ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent attendance record; applicant cannot have more than three (3) infractions
  • Experience reading, interpreting, and following work instructions, procedures, contracts, drawings, and specifications
  • Must be able to use Microsoft Outlook email
  • Strong reading and analytical skills
