  • Responsible for overseeing end to end quality performance, ensuring process accuracy, and driving continuous improvement across operations.
  • This position also supports training needs, facilitates calibration sessions, prepares quality dashboards and reports, and partners closely with operations and clients to ensure all quality related KPIs and SLAs are consistently met.
