15+ years IAM security engineering experience
6+ years people management experience
Hands-on PAM IGA MFA implementation
SailPoint Ping Identity AWS Entra ID expertise
On-premises cloud SaaS environment integration
SAML OAuth OIDC LDAP protocol knowledge
Nice-to-have
CISSP CISM or equivalent certifications
Vendor relationship and budget management
SOX compliance and audit evidence support
Player-coach technical leadership style
Stakeholder communication and presentation skills
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
15+ years related experience in IAM or security engineering
6+ years of people management experience
