Job Summary

  • Be part of the mission to deliver exceptional personalized care within our Magnet-designated, Top 10 Massachusetts recognized 226-bed hospital.
  • As the Patient Safety Specialist, you will be responsible for the following: Contributes to the Hospital’s mission by taking the lead on the hospital’s patient safety program, investigating issues and leading or participating in patient safety related performance improvement initiatives.
  • It is the goal of this position to address issues so to prevent future occurrences and to ensure Winchester as a safe place for our patients to receive care.
