Base: $83,400.00 - $155,400.00 depending on level; Bonus/Equity: Discretionary bonus and possible long term incentives; Benefits: Health insurance, life and disability insurance, savings plan, paid holidays and PTO

Must-have
Calibration of test and measuring equipment
Troubleshooting to component level
Working at heights and confined spaces
Use of calibrated hand tools
Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts
Experience with AC/DC, RF, Physical-dimensional testing
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of measurement theory
Experience with antenna/ground hardware
Progressive calibration and maintenance experience

Key Requirements
Bachelor or Master of Science in STEM discipline
2-5 years technical/engineering experience depending on level
Active DoD Top Secret Clearance or SCI Access at application
Ability to obtain/pass CI Polygraph Examination prior to start
U.S. Citizenship required
Ability to lift 45lbs and climb 300 stairs/day
