The position requires owning the readiness pipeline for new ramps, transitions, and rate capability while ensuring systems, people, and suppliers are prepared ahead of demand.

Salary
Base: $140,000.00–$180,000.00 Annually; Bonus/Equity: Annual profit sharing and Employee Stock Purchase Plan available; Benefits: Comprehensive insurance, 401k match, flexible PTO, and tuition assistance

7+ years aerospace or defense experience
3+ years operational readiness leadership
Lean Management System progression expertise
Error prevention and PFMEA implementation
Cross-functional collaboration with engineering

Strong influence without authority skills
Experience with DFx design for manufacturability
Background in high-production missile systems
Proven track record of stabilizing processes
Collaborative working environment preference
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Operations
7+ years in aerospace, defense, or complex manufacturing
3+ years demonstrated leadership in operational readiness
