Job Summary
Collaborate with US Payer and Brand Marketing partners to shape, prioritize, and deliver analytics and insights that inform payer pull-through, contracting decisions, and pricing strategy.
Lead the execution and quality oversight of managed markets analytics, including assessment of formulary status, utilization management requirements, payer and customer segmentation, and access sophistication.
Manage and support a team of Analysts and Senior Analysts, including workload planning, performance tracking, coaching, and ongoing development.
