Must-have
Drive sales of Fire Control Security solutions
Understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions
Communicate and present solutions to stakeholders
Achieve business sales targets with YOY growth
Prepare and issue tenders and proposals
Lead negotiation and bidding activity
Responsible for payment collection
Nice-to-have
Continuous improvement of domain knowledge
Maintain long-term service relationships
Monitor and collect competitor activities
Proactive liaison with customers
Good relationship with contractor, consultant, or owner
Key Requirements
Minimum Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic Engineering or equivalent
At least 5 years of experience as Senior Sales in HVAC
Experience selling products to contractors, consultants, or company owners
Experience in handling projects
Knowledge of Building HVAC, Fire Protection, Controls preferred
Experience in Building industry preferred
Basic understanding of SAP operations advantageous
