Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
  • Employees must report all changes in residents' conditions, accidents, incidents, and suspected violations of protected health information immediately to supervisors.
  • The role requires assisting residents with daily functions including bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility, and maintaining personal hygiene while ensuring safety and comfort.
