The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must report all changes in residents' conditions, accidents, incidents, and suspected violations of protected health information immediately to supervisors.
The role requires assisting residents with daily functions including bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility, and maintaining personal hygiene while ensuring safety and comfort.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
High school education or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products
Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
Knowledge of PCC software for resident info
Training in blood/body fluid exposure protocols
Nice-to-have
Strong communication skills for resident interaction
Ability to work collaboratively with nursing staff
Positive emphasis on creating a warm atmosphere
Experience with restorative and rehabilitative procedures
