Job Summary
Ensuring compliance with all applicable provisions of the Act and the Rules framed thereunder, SEBI Regulations and Stock Exchange requirements in relation to ESOP issuance.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of dividends, including preparation of calculations, coordinating with the Bank, RTA, Tax team, internal team members and other stakeholders.
Monitoring, tracking, and resolving investor queries/complaints within prescribed regulatory timelines.
