Job Summary
The incumbent will lead project management efforts for therapeutically aligned development programs, act as a PM and Drug Development Advisor, and lead critical change projects related to systems and operations or strategic planning.
Responsibilities include identifying and evaluating PM best practices, representing the company in external PM societies, and overseeing implementation of best practices within the company.
The role also involves developing talent within GPAM, ensuring smooth department operations, and managing project managers and those who manage PMs.

Salary
Base: $231,900.00 - $365,000.00; Bonus/Equity: eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive; Benefits: comprehensive package including medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid holidays, vacation, sick days

Key Requirements
Eight (8) years of experience in PM or related role/expertise in pharma and/or biotech
Demonstrated experience as a people manager
Bachelor's degree with a concentration in a scientific-related discipline
Extensive experience with drug/ vaccine product registration and commercialization/ life-cycle management
