Job Summary
Working autonomously to maintain & grow the business via the development of profitable, delicious, nutritious & sustainable products &/or solutions for selected customers.
Create, formulate, and provide process parameters for new product developments aligned with customer, legislative and food safety requirements within the scope of Griffith long range plan and purpose driven strategy.
Coaches and mentors more junior members of the team and supports quality & operations on product optimisation, up scaling, and root cause analysis.
