Must-have
Proven leadership in BESS asset operations
Deep technical understanding of battery storage systems
Experience with BMS, PCS, SCADA, and grid integration
Hands-on experience with performance monitoring and degradation modelling
Solid understanding of energy markets and ancillary services
Track record managing complex O&M contracts
Experience operating across multiple EMEA regulatory environments
Nice-to-have
Fluent English with additional European language skills
Structured data-driven mindset
Ability to communicate complex topics to non-technical stakeholders
Commercial acumen for translating operations to asset value
Experience scaling operational processes for new geographies
Key Requirements
Proven leadership experience running a BESS or energy storage team
