Partner with stakeholders to ensure product and process quality, technical and business requirements are defined for the category’s supplier base.
Monitor and report supplier delivery/quality performance and ensure corrective/preventive actions are implemented.
Continuously improve suppliers and mitigate potential risks to achieve business objectives and drive supplier development projects.
