Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 3–8 years of relevant manufacturing or engineering experience
  • Experience with process controls, PLCs, equipment design, and AutoCAD
  • Six Sigma training or certification
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong problem-solving, root cause analysis, and decision-making skills
