Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent work experience
3–8 years of relevant manufacturing or engineering experience
Experience with process controls, PLCs, equipment design, and AutoCAD
Six Sigma training or certification
Strong project management skills
Strong problem-solving, root cause analysis, and decision-making skills
