The UAMS Transition to Practice- RN New Graduate Residency Program is designed with a specialized platform including lectures, simulation, case studies, and clinical experience with designated preceptors.
New Graduate RN Residents must complete one year of experience and meet all program requirements to be considered RN I.
Selected applicants will receive an email requesting a minimum of three references to be submitted within 72 hours as a requirement for consideration.
