Job Summary

• Provide leadership to the Arkansas 4-H Civic Engagement and Leadership program statewide, encompassing curriculum development, state event coordination, volunteer and staff training, and communication.
• Key responsibilities include leading the state officer team, ambassador program, and Teen Leader Conference, as well as program planning and revision for 4-H project areas.
• The role involves collaboration with stakeholders, extension agents, and faculty to develop and disseminate program materials, and requires supervision of 1-2 staff members.
