Job Summary
You will be responsible for being the first point of contact for all HR queries, and a range of HR functions such as recruitment, performance issues, on-boarding, employee relations, policies, and procedures etc.
Support, coach and challenge line management with disciplinary and grievance issues.
Produce interpret and present monthly, end of year and ad-hoc HR KPI’s and reports (staff turnover, sickness absence, leavers, new starter surveys, diversity & inclusion, etc).
