Must-have
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering
8-10 years industrial manufacturing experience
Siemens Tecnomatix Plant Simulation expertise
Power BI Tableau Ignition visualization skills
Manage multiple technical projects from POC to deployment
Nice-to-have
Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma framework knowledge
Experience with lighthouse factory initiatives
Strong stakeholder engagement communication skills
Background in continuous improvement culture
Ability to simplify complex technical concepts
Key Requirements
