  • We are seeking a Senior UX Product Designer to help shape the next generation of AI-powered experiences across our product ecosystem.
  • You will define how humans collaborate with AI—designing the interactions, feedback loops, transparency moments, and control surfaces that make AI feel both powerful and reliable.

New York City, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and/or Irvine, CA; McLean, VA; Washington, DC: $117,700 USD - $218,600 USD; Other US locations: $102,200 USD - $189,800 USD; Ontario, Canada: $105,000 CAD - $155,000 CAD; Bonus/Equity: May be eligible for Annual Bonus; Benefits: Comprehensive benefit plans

  • 6+ years professional product design experience
  • Experience designing with AI or LLM technologies

  • Ability to prototype using Figma, Python notebooks, etc.
  • Hands-on experience planning and executing user research
  • Deep systems-thinking skills
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
