You will work closely with regional and global stakeholders, the Project Management Organization (PMO), and leadership to ensure priorities are clear, progress is visible, and improvement efforts translate into real operational impact.
Ensure all process changes and improvements maintain compliance with regulatory, quality, and patient-safety requirements.
