CommBank is seeking a Customer Banking Specialist for a six-month fixed-term contract at their Rouse Hill branch. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, supporting clients with financial products, and promoting digital banking solutions
Job Summary
As the Customer Banking Specialist in our Rouse Hill Branch, you will have in-depth conversations with every customer about how we can support their overall banking needs including Home Loans, Business Banking & Financial Advice.
You will support customers with enquiries, maintenance on accounts and process applications for credit products, and complete Financial Health Checks to assess customers’ financial needs and identify any changes.
We are interested in hearing from people who have proven experience delivering exceptional Customer Service ideally in Financial Services, Retail or Hospitality and excellent communication skills.
