Job Summary

  • This global role drives the definition, deployment, and sustainability of Lean strategy across Hitachi Energy's Grid, Power Quality Solutions & Service division.
  • The position requires translating business priorities into data-driven improvement portfolios using Hoshin Kanri and Lean-to-Scale principles.
  • Candidates will act as a change leader to coach organizational levels from shopfloor to senior leadership while traveling 40–50% internationally.

Key Requirements
