Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Doctorate or Master's degree in Data Science
  • 2+ years enterprise data science experience
  • Expertise in time-series forecasting and Bayesian modeling
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, PyMC, and TensorFlow
  • Experience with causal inference and high-dimensional data

Nice-to-have

  • Experience building forecasting platforms for biotech/pharma
  • Knowledge of healthcare payer/provider dynamics
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
  • Familiarity with ML Ops, CI/CD, and engineering best practices
  • Intellectually curious self-starter capable of solving ambiguous problems

Key Requirements

  • Doctorate degree plus 2 years experience OR Master's plus 4 years
  • Bachelor's degree plus 6 years experience OR Associate's plus 10 years
  • High school diploma plus 12 years experience
  • 8+ years applying data science in enterprise environments preferred
