Employees must report all changes in resident conditions, accidents, incidents, and suspected violations of privacy to the Health and Wellness Director or Executive Director immediately.
This on-call role requires assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility while maintaining strict confidentiality of resident information.
