The Senior MEAL Coordinator will lead the country's monitoring, evaluation, learning, and accountability processes to ensure high-quality programming for clients in Myanmar.
This role requires establishing a robust data management system from collection to visualization that supports evidence-based decision-making and the IRC Strategy 100.
The successful candidate will supervise a medium-to-large MEAL team across multiple sectors while providing technical assistance and capacity sharing to partner organizations.

Key Requirements
University degree in statistics, measurement, social science, or related field
Minimum 5 years of working experience in MEAL functions
Leadership experience setting up quality MEAL systems
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and mobile data tools
Fluent speaking, reading, and writing in English and Burmese
