The Associate Director, Commercial Operations is a critical operational leadership role responsible for ensuring accuracy, consistency, and execution excellence across BNF (Billing Notification Form) processes and internal product master data management (MDM).
This role combines hands‑on operational ownership with cross‑functional coordination, serving as a key partner to Finance, Sales/BD, and Reporting teams to support revenue readiness, product governance, and trusted executive reporting.
Key responsibilities include owning day‑to‑day operational execution and support for BNF submissions, acting as the primary operational expert for Sales and BD, and owning operational governance of internal product master data.
