Job Summary
This role supports organ recovery, preservation, and transport while assisting surgeons with select first-assist tasks within scope.
The position requires advanced training in machine preservation of organs including setup, cannulation, and monitoring during hypothermic or normothermic perfusion.
Candidates must be available for frequent out-of-state travel often via small aircraft and maintain high flexibility for unpredictable call requirements.

Strong clinical judgment for high-acuity cases
Expertise in complex transplant and trauma workflows

Demonstrated expertise in cardiac and vascular surgery
Key Requirements
Completion of accredited ORT program or equivalent experience
Active CCTC, CPTC, or CTP certification required
Minimum 2 years experience in Level I or II hospital
Specialized experience in transplant, cardiac, vascular, or OPO environments
